The Competition is sanctioned by the Berks & Bucks Football Association.
Teams are grouped into two sections - Premier and Junior.
Teams generally fall below Step 5 in the National League System, Regional Feeder Leagues.
Starting from season 2024/25 the two Finals will be played at Arbour Park Stadium, home of Slough Town FC. This is part of a three year agreement reached with the National League South Club. The Premier Final in 2025 will, by tradition, be played on Good Friday and the Junior Final will be played on the Wednesday evening after Easter.
